Delivery Policy
Upon delivery, you may be asked to sign electronically or on a printed invoice. This signature confirms you have received the products listed in full.
If you are not available at the specified address, we may deliver the order to someone present at that address. Their signature will serve as confirmation of receipt. If we reach your address and are unable to deliver, please contact customer service to reschedule delivery. We are not responsible for unclaimed orders after 15 days from the order date.
Important Notes:
Preparation time shown on the website is calculated in working days (Sunday to Thursday) and does not include holidays.
If delivery is delayed due to high demand or courier issues, customers may choose between cancellation and a full refund, or to continue with the order without holding us liable.
Customers bear round-trip shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
If the original order had free shipping, the return fee will equal the courier’s standard rate.
Arabella Bahrain reserves the right to contact customers for sales or marketing purposes and may record calls for training and quality.
Customers must track their orders via shipment tracking numbers sent by the courier.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be exchanged.

Although we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee 100% protection. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure online or offline.
